Grayson Cottages is a great place to live. The spacious households are wonderful, especially for pet owners. The community is friendly and quiet and I've never had a single issue. The staff is very helpful as well, which is sometimes a hard thing to come by in student housing facilities.
This is the best place I have lived my entire college career and I plan to stay until I graduate. It has a lot of great benefits for a reasonable price compared to rival apartment companies. I highly recommend living here if you prefer a home rather than an apartment and if you hate hearing apartment noise.
I'm very happy with the services, staff, and community. Everything has been convenient and all of my requests have been met! Wish I could stay here next year but I'm graduating.
